Sunrise Valley

Rooney acquired two high vacancy, antiquated office buildings at 11690 and 11720 Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston, re-envisioning the properties as for-sale residential communities containing 91 townhomes and a 10-unit condominium building. Upon rezoning and demolition of the existing structures, Rooney Properties delivered the sites to two local home builders who constructed the new homes between 2018-2021.
