Belmont Executive Plaza – Residential

Approximately 16 acres of undeveloped ground were acquired by Rooney in 2019 as part of a larger office investment in the Ashburn District of Loudoun County, adjacent to Belmont Country Club. Rooney Properties re-planned the site to include 202 residential lots in a new community with extensive public amenities adjacent to the Whole Foods anchored shopping center at Belmont Chase. Upon successful rezoning, the property was conveyed to a local home builder for further site development and vertical construction.
