In partnership with Lincoln Property Company, Rooney acquired and operates the five building Van Buren Office Park located on Herndon Parkway near the new Silver Line Metro Station. The location is within the Herndon Transit-Related Growth Area and is undergoing a Small Area Plan, which could enable future transit-oriented redevelopment of the property.
