Robinson Terminal North

Rooney has partnered with RiverRenew since 2018 to facilitate their efforts to significantly reduce pollution of the Potomac River by construction of a modernized stormwater outfall and diversion facility at the Robinson Terminal North property. Looking ahead to the completion of this transformative infrastructure project in 2025, we have commenced the Development Special Use Permit (DSUP) entitlement process to enable the subsequent redevelopment of this prominent site on the Alexandria Waterfront.
